1. Eligibility for Returns

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
  • Proof of purchase (order ID or receipt) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used, damaged, or altered products.
  • Products without original tags or packaging.
  • Customized or personalized soft toys.
  • Items purchased during clearance or special sale (unless damaged or defective).

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Share clear photos and your order details for verification.
  • After review, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund.

4. Return Process

  • Contact customer support with your order details to initiate a return request.
  • Once approved, you will receive return instructions.
  • The product must be securely packed to avoid damage during transit.
  • Return shipping charges may apply unless the product is defective or incorrect.

5. Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed after the returned item passes quality inspection.
  • Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
  • Processing time may take 5–7 business days depending on your payment provider.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process.
