Her work reflects a seamless integration of research, practice, and design—bringing together pedagogy, psychology, and creativity to reimagine how children learn and how educators teach. Anjali’s expertise lies in curriculum design and educator capacity building. She has conceptualised and developed comprehensive, developmentally appropriate curricula and learning resources that respond to the evolving needs of children across age groups. Anjali Bharti is an education professional with a strong foundation in both teaching and psychology, holding a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and a Master’s degree in Psychology. With hands-on experience across diverse school environments, she specializes in innovative and progressive approaches to education that focus on holistic child development.
She has worked closely with multiple institutions, contributing to teacher training, curriculum development, and academic program design. Her professional journey includes collaboration with Bharatiya Shiksha Board for educator trainings and curriculum initiatives, as well as extensive work with Bharat National Public School, where she played a key role in developing in-house learning materials and books, supporting curriculum frameworks, and conducting teacher trainings.
Anjali has also been associated with schools such as Happy English School and Bharat National Public School Junior, supporting educators through structured training programs and classroom innovation strategies.
Alongside her professional work, she actively invests in personal and professional growth, having attended multiple workshops and sessions focused on Social Emotional Learning (SEL), self-development, and educational best practices.

Dr Avijit Chakravarti is currently Professor with School of Management at IILM University Greater Noida Delhi-NCR. He is also a Visiting Faculty at BML Munjal University. He teaches Design Thinking, Social Entrepreneurship, ESG and Sustainability and Employability Skills. In a professional career spread over 34 years, he has worked as a journalist, development sector advisor and educator. He has worked extensively with students and teachers in domains such as Experiential Learning, Entrepreneurship and Deep Purpose. He has a keen interest in Social-Emotional Learning and actively works with students on Emotional Well-being and Mental Health. As an educator, Dr Chakravarti has taught in premier institutions like IIM Ahmedabad, University of Delhi, Jamia Millia Islamia and Ambedkar University Delhi. He has been associated as a consultant with leading development sector organisations like UNICEF, Save the Children, CARE India and Ford Foundation. Dr Chakravarti has studied at the University of Delhi and is a trained Life Design Educator from Stanford Design Studio.


Moazzam Ali
Transformative Education Leader | Creative Pedagogue | Systems & Teacher Development Expert
Moazzam Ali is an education leader and Drama and Theatre in Education practitioner with more than 30 years of experience working at the intersection of public education reform, creative pedagogy and community engagement. He has worked across government systems, civil society organisations, universities and schools with a strong focus on connecting education policy to real classroom practice.
He served as Senior Resource Person – Drama & Arts in Education with the Azim Premji Foundation, where he contributed to the large-scale implementation of Foundational Literacy and Numeracy (FLN) aligned with India’s NEP 2020 and NIPUN Bharat Mission. He worked closely with state education departments, SCERTs, DIETs and district administrations to design teacher training programmes, academic mentoring systems and arts-integrated learning modules to improve early grade learning outcomes.
Moazzam has had a long association with the National School of Drama – Theatre in Education Company (Sanskaar Rang Toli). As a Senior Expert, he has designed and led national and regional programmes in Drama in Education and Creative Pedagogy for teachers, artists and young people. His work bridges rigorous theatre practice with educational transformation to position drama as a powerful pedagogical methodology rather than a co-curricular activity.
As a theatre artist, he has performed in many productions and created original theatre works with children, youth and community groups in different social and cultural settings. He has worked with well-known national and international directors and has participated in major theatre festivals using theatre as a platform for dialogue, reflection and social learning.
Moazzam is the Founder and Director of Rang Majma Cultural and Education Trust. Through this platform, he designs and implements theatre-based youth empowerment, life skills education and social awareness programmes. His consultancy work with organisations such as Tata Trusts, Tata Community Livelihoods, Aga Khan Foundation and Rajiv Gandhi Foundation reflects his commitment to strengthening institutions, mentoring education leaders and building sustainable and inclusive learning models.
He strongly believes that creativity is not an optional activity but an essential part of educational transformation. He continues to work across sectors to build equitable, culturally sensitive and learner-centred education systems in India and beyond.
Monis Shamsi is a passionate advocate for change, committed to empowering students and shaping the future of India through education and mentorship. He began his career in investment banking, founding his own stockbroking firm before discovering his true calling in education and social impact.
With over a decade of experience in the education sector, Monis seamlessly blends strategic planning, mentoring, and philanthropy to drive positive transformation. He has been invited by more than 100 institutions across India as a Guest Speaker and TEDx Speaker, inspiring thousands of students and educators through his insightful sessions.
He leads Career Honors, A leading Career Advocacy Firm that collaborates with schools and universities in India and abroad to shape students’ career journeys.
